How do I access and manage my “All-Access Pass” Subscription?

Once you’ve bought a membership/subscription, you’ll be able to come back at any time to access your content and manage your subscription. To do that, return to the subscription page here and click on the “Sign in” link at the top right. Once you;ve signed into your account, you’ll be taken to the members’ area. From here you can easily download your files, update your password, see your billing history, and manage your subscription.

How do I get an invoice?

Customers who require an invoice are able to generate one automatically from a link in their email receipt. When customers click on the “Generate” link, they are then able to enter their details (including a VAT number) to generate a PDF invoice.

I’m getting Broken Theme/Stylesheet Missing

First of all, verify if your theme is for Wodpress. HTML Templates are not Wordpress themes, therefore you will get this error when trying to install.

If your item is indeed a Wordpress theme, a common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix:

  1. Download the zip file from your account.
  2. Unzip the zip file; you should find:
    • the documentation folder
    • the theme .zip file that actually needs to be installed.
  3. Upload the actual theme.zip file only. That’s it!

Why do you charge VAT?

We don’t want to, VAT is not our money. But when buying electronically supplied services online, VAT is due. Since 1 January 2015, the seller has to charge the VAT rate applicable in the country where you, the buyer are established. You can check the VAT rates applied in each country. Our prices already include VAT on checkout so everything is transparent when shopping with us.

Although it might seem unnecessary to ask for an address to receive a digital item, unfortunately a billing address is one of the customer details we are required by the 2015 EU VAT law to obtain.
